We are currently offering free shipping on all orders of €199 and over to any of the locations we fulfil orders to.

On orders below €199 the following flat rates apply:

BFPO Addresses
Please note that we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses and parcel lockers (eg. DHL Packstation).
Returns
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your Helinox product. If for any reason at all you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Please use the 'Returns' option on the 'Contact Us' page of this website to begin the returns process. Once you have completed the form you will receive an email with the return instructions.
Please note the following information when returning a product:
- Products can only be returned unused, in their original packaging with hangtags attached.
- Unless it is a Warranty return or the wrong product was sent, you will be responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. In the unlikely event of a product fault or damaged goods, please contact us before returning the item.
- This policy only applies to products bought directly from Helinox.eu. Products bought from an authorised dealer should be returned to that dealer under their return policy.
- We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product you ordered from www.helinox.eu the best way to do so is to process a return, and then place a new order. Please contact us for more information.
