Refund policy

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your Helinox product. If for any reason at all you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Please use the 'Returns' option on the 'Contact Us' page of this website to begin the returns process. Once you have completed the form you will receive an email with the return instructions. 

Please note the following information when returning a product:

• Products can only be returned unused, in their original packaging with hangtags attached.
• Unless it is a Warranty return or the wrong product was sent, you will be responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
• This policy only applies to products bought directly from Helinox.eu. Products bought from an authorised dealer should be returned to that dealer under their return policy.
• We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product you ordered from www.helinox.eu the best way to do so is to process a return, and then place a new order. Please contact us for more information.
