Helinox Trekking Poles
Lightweight Strength, Steady Base

A look at what trekking poles do on the trail, and what goes into a pair from Helinox.

The best days outside rarely follow a perfectly even path. There are climbs that ask a little more of you, descents where you want a steadier step, and long stretches where finding your rhythm makes all the difference.

That’s where trekking poles earn their place. On a climb, your arms take on some of the work. Coming down, over loose scree and sharp drops, two extra points of contact give you a steadier, more confident step. And through the long middle stretch of the day, the swing of the poles helps you settle into a pace you can keep.

Helinox trekking poles are built to be there through it all.

What goes into a pair

Every pair uses lightweight, strong DAC TH72M™ aluminum alloy, drawing on DAC’s decades in high-performance aluminum. The finish uses Green Anodization, with less waste and fewer chemicals.

The grips are EVA foam with adjustable wrist straps, made for comfort. At the other end, long-wearing tungsten carbide tips hold on uneven ground, and rubber tip covers come included for hard surfaces.

From a quick loop on your local trail to a route you’ve been planning for months, find the pair that suits how light you travel and how rough the ground gets.

Passport Series

The Passport series packs down small, making it easy to bring along for walks and lighter hikes. The folding models collapse into short sections and lock with a single button, so they can stay in your pack until the path gets steeper.

Ridgeline Series

Ridgeline is built for bigger packs and more demanding terrain. Its larger diameter shaft delivers a sturdier feel, designed to reduce flex under heavy loads. A lever sets the length and holds it. Fit snow baskets and they’ll take you into winter too.
